Accessibility Statement

TopGuilds (https://topguilds.net) is operated by BotGG. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find and use Discord communities on TopGuilds independently and with dignity. This statement is published under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

1. Standard

• Legal baseline: TopGuilds is designed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA.
• Our target: WCAG 2.1 level AA.

2. Accessibility adjustments

• Keyboard navigation: all links, buttons and form fields can be reached and operated with the keyboard, with a clearly visible focus ring.
• "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
• Semantic structure: meaningful headings, landmarks (header, main content, footer), breadcrumbs, and form fields and buttons with labels.
• Languages and direction: TopGuilds is available in English, Russian and Hebrew. Hebrew pages use right-to-left layout, and every page declares its language and text direction correctly.
• Reduced motion: when your operating system asks for reduced motion, animations and visual effects are reduced or turned off.
• Works with your own tools: pages are built to work with browser zoom and with your browser's and operating system's accessibility features, such as screen readers and contrast modes.

3. Accessibility toolbar

Every page has an accessibility button in a bottom corner of the screen. It opens a toolbar with these options:

• larger text (three steps);
• high contrast;
• a readable font;
• highlighted links;
• extra line and letter spacing;
• stopped animations;
• reset, which restores the default settings.

The toolbar can be used with the keyboard. Your settings are saved only in your browser (see the Cookie Policy) and apply on every page until you reset them. The toolbar supplements our accessibility work; it does not replace it. The pages are built to meet the standard in section 1 without the toolbar.

4. Known limitations

• Content written by server owners. Server descriptions and banners are written and uploaded by server owners. Banners may not have a meaningful text alternative, and images may contain text that is small or low in contrast. We review listings for our content rules, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of every listing.
• Third-party pages. Signing in with Discord, joining a server on Discord, and paying through PayPal in the BotGG console take place on pages that we do not control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those providers. If you cannot complete a step, contact us and we will help.

We continue to work on these limitations. If something prevents you from using TopGuilds, please tell us (section 6) and we will try to offer another way to achieve the same result.

5. How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 23 October 2026, based on a self-assessment by BotGG of the TopGuilds website. No independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet. We will update this statement when we review TopGuilds again or make significant changes.
